Welcome to The Secret Garden of Dance. By accessing or using our website (www.secretgardendanceonline.com.au) and our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer private dance lessons, wedding dance choreography, and online/in-home dance instruction services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your lesson(s).

• All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees.

• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

• Refunds are issued only in accordance with our cancellation policy or as required under Australian Consumer Law.

• Packages are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

4. Lesson Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your lesson with at least 24 hours' notice. All reschedules are subject to teacher and time availability.

5. Student Conduct

We aim to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session at any time if a student behaves inappropriately or breaches these terms.

6. Online Lessons & Technology

We are not responsible for any issues arising from your internet connection, device compatibility, or other technical difficulties during online sessions. Please ensure your setup is functioning prior to each class.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including choreography, teaching materials, videos, and audio provided during lessons or on our website is the intellectual property of The Secret Garden of Dance and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in delivering our services, The Secret Garden of Dance is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or after participation in dance lessons. Please consult a medical professional before engaging in physical activity.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never share your data without consent, except as required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
